My garage door is only 5 years old but was installed by the builder. The door was very loud and noisy, and it needed new rollers. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same morning. I had a Genie 3120 garage door opener installed and bearings replaced on the door. Bryan the technician did an outstanding job. Once installed he explained the system and programmed both cars. The belt drive replaced the old chain drive opener and what a difference - it is now hard to hear when the door is opening or closing. It is also nice to have the wi-fi app on my iPhone. I am really pleased with the opener and service.
