Very impressed with both this company and our tech Jose. Our garage door repair was extensive and we were given different options from least to most expensive with no pressure whatsoever. My garage door is over 20 years old and the springs broke over a month ago and don’t have the time to fix it myself. I called precision for a quote and they were easy to talk to and worked very quick to schedule a convenient appointment for a tech to come by. Next day I got a call early and a local tech was able to come out an hour early if I wanted. I’m glad I agreed because he was great. Carlos Morales showed up and was great! He was quick to identify other issues I had with the door and gave me estimates so I could make my decisions to wait or fix everything at once. I decided to get it all fixed at once, and Carlos wasted no time. He got everything fixed in about an hour. After finishing the work he showed me what was fixed and adjusted, and explained what I needed to do for preventative maintenance. He was great and I’ve slready recommended him to other family and friends. Thank you Carlos and Precision Garage Doors for your great work, my garage door works flawlessly now!

I will never call Precision for my garage door needs again. Was having problems this week with the door opening and stopping, but when the technician came, we couldn't reproduce the problem, somewhat embarrassing but that happens. After the technician couldn't help he decided to criticize the springs and said they were inferior and needed to be replaced. Precision installed new springs and rollers just last summer, now all of a sudden they're worn out, come on, trying to upcharge a customer for something not needed. I am finished with Precision.

Good Afternoon, Wanted to let you know that the service I received recently was EXCEPTIONAL. The initial phone call was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I believe her name was Topanga. She was able to schedule an appt the next day (Sunday) which I truly appreciated. The technician, David C., came out first thing Sunday morning and greeted me with enthusiasm and again, professionalism. His technical expertise was matched with his dedication to perfection which resulted in the timely repair of my garage door. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, how certain aspects of the track system worked and provided training on how to perform homeowner based maintenance. At no point did he try to up-sell any product since the initial call was for adjustments/inspection. Thankfully, he did find a minor crack in a part which would certainly have failed if left unnoticed. This is the second time I have used PDS and will continue to do so in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My comment is trying to get my invoice mailed to me. I was not able to receive this through my e-mail so called and requested the invoice be mailed to me. I was told this would be done but when I did not receive this in the mail called again. I was told it had not been done and would be sent that day. I find this unsatisfactory as I have no paper work for the work that was done.

Weathersstrip on door bottom needed replacement.called a company who said it could not be repaired. Called Precision, they came the same day, fitted and installed a weatherstrip piece from the truck! The installer Juston was highly professional, totally professional and provided knowledgable advice and answers to my questions. Would strongly recommend for any future requirements.

I have never been so pleased as to the response of my garage door crisis. The minute my door failed, I searched online and found Precision Garage Door. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful person that took my information and scheduled a repairman to come within a few hours. I got a call just a few minutes later saying that he could come sooner... like in about 15 minutes. Right on time, Chris Carelas looked my garage door over, wrote up a quote with three options for me to choose from and after my selection went right to work. I was amazed at the efficiency in which the completed the job. He was pleasant, professional, efficient, courteous, and completed the job in less than an 1.5 hours. I had two doors that were running very rough and one would not open more than a couple feet. Keith, my technician isolated lift problem and replaced the springs and rollers and now everything runs like new, smooth and quiet. Keith was very professional, friendly,personable, polite and explained everything as he went in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the experience . We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!
