My husband and I are completely satisfied with the service provided this afternoon. Our technician, Jose, was very professional, informative, polite and knowledgeable. He helped us understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.. He took his time and our garage doors work better than they did when we had the house built I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone.

I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I've used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service a few times over the past 10-15 years and they ALWAYS have been very professional and done a great job with no call back. Keith was here this week. He was here in the past a few years ago. Nice to see the same technicians still working. I give a 5 star rating. My service performed was a general maintenance this time.
