I have never been so pleased as to the response of my garage door crisis. The minute my door failed, I searched online and found Precision Garage Door. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful person that took my information and scheduled a repairman to come within a few hours. I got a call just a few minutes later saying that he could come sooner... like in about 15 minutes. Right on time, Chris Carelas looked my garage door over, wrote up a quote with three options for me to choose from and after my selection went right to work. I was amazed at the efficiency in which the completed the job. He was pleasant, professional, efficient, courteous, and completed the job in less than an 1.5 hours. Now my garage door works like new... smooth and very quiet. I will be happy to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to everyone who might need garage door repair or maintenance. You won't find a better company. Definitely 5 stars.

We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!

Two years ago the torsion system in my garage door was broken so I called Precision Garage Door Service to have it fixed. I chose this company because of their TV advertisements, which claimed they were a reputable company. Recently my garage door came off the track, so I called them to have it repaired. The technician, Mike, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable...such a pleasure to work with. Since I had purchased a new torsion system from them when the old one broke, they did not charge me for this service. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Your advertisement is always very nine, I keep a copy in case if I need and it has always been there when I needed it. The service was done in a very professional manner and there was no cleaning up for me when he was done. I will always call your company when needed.

I contacted Precision for a quote because of their wonderful reviews on line. Chris came out to give the quote, and reinforced my thought that this was a good decision, due to his professional demeanor, knowledge of the product, and straightforward answers to my questions. Today the tech arrived early, which was wonderful from my point of view. He set right to work, quickly installing the door, opener and outside keypad. I now have the quietest door I have ever had. Three times now I had to look twice because I thought it was not working, but it was already finished opening or closing the door. Amazing. I highly recommend Precision!

Finding a service technician for anything these days is like playing spin-the-bottle...you never know what you will end up with. Yesterday the bottle stopped at Precision Garage Door Service. I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Needing a replacement did not surprise me, but everything else did. Both gentlemen were pleasant, professional (in manner and attire), helpful, skilled, and efficient. In no time I had a new garage door opener for a price that I could afford. My only complaint? The door is too quiet…now I can’t hear my son sneak in, in the middle of the night. ? Thank you, Carlos Morales, Brian, and Precision Garage Door Service.
