You are rediculosly exxpensive. The charge for house call is ok BUT charging me extra $40+ repropraming fee is leaves a bad taste. All yr tech did was press one yellow button and he used my step ladder.

Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer.
