With that in focus he made sure the doors operated properly and demonstrated to my wife that the doors were not a threat to personal safety.

New to Florida, we were in need of garage door repair as our old door was showing signs of failure. We received 3 estimates and found Precision Door not the least expensive, however, research let me know I would receive a better quality door for about the same as a less quality product. Precision offered more options with next day install, other companies with less options were 6 to 12 weeks out. Precision door techs were out on time as discussed, even showed up right after a hurricane passed our area! During the old door removal, it was quick to see our old door was about to fail, the panels fell apart. A few hours later, we had a great looking door, more secure, very clean installation, clean work area by clean, polite, and professional installers. A few weeks later, I had an issue with the operation of the door, again, same day as call a technician showed up. The issue was, I had bumped the door latch causing the door to not open properly, operator error on my part. The Tech quickly located the issue, lubed up the door and all is well. A neighbor was impressed with the quick work and called Precision to have his door repaired. Again, the tech shoed up same day to troubleshoot. Amazing enough, the repair was made that evening. We now have two more clean, quiet and well performing garage doors on the street. Great service, professional team, excellent service and superior products.

The motor for my garage door opener was on its last legs as were the springs, bearings, rollers, etc. Chris was excellent with explaining all that needed to be done and equally proficient in performing the installation of all of it.
