The technician arrived the same day, checked out and advised us our door was still under warranty, and he would return with the new motor and replace it the following day, free of charge. Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.
