Travis the technician was very kind and professional. We had a spring snap and slam into the garage door, thankfully no one was in the garage, otherwise someone would have gotten hurt. Travis said Precision Door offers safety cables that attach into the new springs to prevent them from injuring should they snap again. I did not know that was even an option! I opted in for that and now I feel safer should that incident ever happen in the future. I have used Precision Doors in the past and will continue to for all of my garage door needs.

My door had been making strange noises lately and I noticed a lot of slack in the chain. I knew if I didn't call for someone to look at it, the door would fail at the worst possible time. I see Precision trucks around all the time and decided to try them. Zack the service tech was at our house within an hour of my call and explained what was going on and how he would fix it.
