Your company responded so quickly when I called I was amazed. You came out right away and your technician was great he knew exactly what we needed and had everything he needed right with him. It wasn't well we need to order this or wait for that.. Our old opener was about to break so we caught it just in time and it was not something we could do ourselves. We didn't need a new garage door but you can be sure that if any time we do we know what company we will call. Thank you again.

Thank you for sending the tech out so quick. I felt bad that it was just that the sensor had been slightly moved. But I can say the roofer that was here and both learned in the process. He took the time to tell me what to look for in the future. He was very kind. I had looked to see if something was blocking it. But didn't see it had been bumped. Thank you also for not charging.
