I am in California and haven't seen the repairs personally but was told by my project manager that they were very well done. Work was performed as promised and a complete summary was given to me over the phone as I am not yet living in Florida. Service was prompt and although John had to call for help, all was resolved in the end. The lights weren't working and he had to replace the main circuit board and then reprogram everything. The fuel charge is a bit off-putting but I guess everybody wants to make the money. Good job. I would recommend the company.

My have a rental property with a great family whom we'd like to ensure they stay for a long time. I received a call from the tenet that the garage door would not open with the remote. Upon checking the battery and doing whatever I could, I called Precision and they sent someone out with in two hours on a Saturday. The technician, Jeffrey, was able to troubleshoot the problem, malfunctioning opener, and replace it with in and hour. Additionally, he programmed all the remotes and the tenets car. Very professional.
