Called Precision on a Sunday to fix my garage door that had just broken - they were out within an hour. Fixed my door and left the area spotless. Explained everything to me that they had to do. Am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the two men that came out to fix the door. Very glad that Precision was the company that I called.

Your company came highly recommended by a co worker. My spring on my garage door had broken and needed repair. I made an appointment. The day of the appointment I received a call early in the morning to find out it technician could come early I let them know it was okay. I waited and waited no one came early. I made several calls and received several conflicting information about when someone would come out. I was told a few times technician would call me and never did until just before my original appointment. Once technician got here he was friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired door . While he was repairing the door he explained to me that he was going to need to break off part of my garage door opener because it was blocking the garage door traveling. I believe he was trying to do this so that I would have to buy a new door opener from your company and get more money from me. I would not recommend your company. To may inconsistencies and technician trying to make my expense more.

I have never been so pleased as to the response of my garage door crisis. The minute my door failed, I searched online and found Precision Garage Door. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful person that took my information and scheduled a repairman to come within a few hours. I got a call just a few minutes later saying that he could come sooner... like in about 15 minutes. Right on time, Chris Carelas looked my garage door over, wrote up a quote with three options for me to choose from and after my selection went right to work. I was amazed at the efficiency in which the completed the job. He was pleasant, professional, efficient, courteous, and completed the job in less than an 1.5 hours. Now my garage door works like new... smooth and very quiet. I will be happy to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to everyone who might need garage door repair or maintenance. From advertising. During research I was expressed you posted picture of the service man who would be during the work. Service man thoroughly checked everything and reported what had to be repaired and what did not need repair at this time. He answered all questions. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. He had me try the door several times, told me what he replaced. Very satisfied with the work, appearance and manner. I would recommend Precision and give them a five star rating.

I called Precision because garage motor was not opening or closing garage. Technician was professional, arrived timely, identified that is what a worn out belt quickly, and replaced it with a new belt in about 30 minutes. The only reason I am rating the experience a 3 is because of price. They charged me $234.70 for approximately 30 minutes of work. I estimate the replacement belt cost them no more than $40 so that leaves $195 for labor, fuel and tax which is high for 30 minute service call.

I had two doors that were running very rough and one would not open more than a couple feet. Keith, my technician isolated lift problem and replaced the springs and rollers and now everything runs like new, smooth and quiet. Keith was very professional, friendly,personable, polite and explained everything as he went in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the experience . I would recommend the company wholeheartedly.

The quote I received over the phone was $69-$118 per spring installed. The salesman/technician that arrived quoted $118-$329 depending on what level quality of spring I wanted. I said I want a direct replacement, which turned out to be $118 spring. (Other options were powder coated springs and things that aren’t necessary) The spring that was install is 6” shorter than the old spring, so obviously not the same. I questioned it, told him I didn’t want to change it to a lesser quality and he told me it would be fine. When the invoice was provided for payment, I was then informed it only has a 90 day warranty. You can read between the lines...tell you one thing, sell you garbage and pray on uninformed homeowners. If you only back the product you are selling for 90 days, than you know it garbage. Thanks Precision, I’m in sales and understand it’s part of the business...but that sales model is unacceptable. Hope this review is helpful...

We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!

A 1 service. My garage door opener works perfectly. Had a tune-up done & sensors were replaced. Reasonable rates also. I will definitely use them again when we are ready for a new replacement unit.
