We had the technician here today junev28 Carlos we were very happy with the service he told us what needed to be done. Gave us options not pushy at all we decided to go with the new motor. The job was done quickly. Took the time to program the cars. Explained everything about the new unit we have always for the last 20 years dealt with this company here in Florida and in Nevada. Always the same service. Highly recommend. Tried to give it 5 stars the last star would not click.

Prompt courteous service . Requested service repair of garage door at 0730 am on Monday, answered and assigned repairman by Katrina . Brian the service tech arrived by 0830 and repaired the door by 1030 am cannot beat that for service call from company we never used before. Brian was very nice and professional. My garage door spring broke and I remembered the Precision's commercials that they will come anytime. It broke Saturday evening and I called them that day and they came out about 10a the next day. I was thrilled with that service. The tech was very professional and I liked their website because it showed the picture of the person that was coming. He did a fantastic job on my garage door and made it new again. I had him replaced everything that was old. It was 16 years old. I would definitely use them again. I even recommended them to someone else.

I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
