Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.

I called Precision in Lutz, they said we can have someone out that afternoon. I didn't feel my situation needed same day service but it is wonderful to know it was an option. Keith called to let me know he was on his way on the day of the appointment. He explained the problem with my garage door and what it needed. Didn't take long for him to fix the problem. He even discussed potential future issues I might expect based on my garage doors age. Very friendly and professional. I had two of my three garage doors rebuilt by Keith from Precision a little over a year ago and I was very happy with Keith and every aspect of his service, so naturally I called them when the spring of my third door broke and sure enough, Keith was the tech that showed up and once again I had an awesome experience was treated like a good friend and within an hour and fifteen minutes everything was fixed and back in perfect working order.
