The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

Cris was very professional. He explained our options as to what should be done with our garage door and did a super job fixing it. This door is 40 years old but in good shape. He revamped all the parts to the door in around 2 hrs. It now runs like a clock. You will not find a better company for the job. Thank you precision for your wonderful service.

I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I'm so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. Our door collapsed out of the blue Saturday morning. We called and you sent a tech out the same day. We happened to be the last appointment at 6pm. Stephan our technician did not rush through it, he was attentive to all details and although only one door was an issue he took the time to make sure both our doors were adjusted correctly and safe. I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.
