Our company does service work throughout Pasco and Pinellas counties for 23 years and we are always seeing your trucks on the road. So when we had a garage door come off it's tracks the name was already familiar. I called this Sunday morning and it was fixed within 3 hours of the call. The staff was very professional and courteous, from the initial call to the repairs being done. Hats off to Josh our repair technician who explained everything in detail and options before any work was done. Thank you!

Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel. A couple of weeks prior to deciding on a new door, we had bad springs replaced. Because we subsequently bought the new door, the amount we paid for the spring repair was deducted from or door bill. Great customer service!

I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft. My garage door spring broke and I remembered the Precision's commercials that they will come anytime. It broke Saturday evening and I called them that day and they came out about 10a the next day. I was thrilled with that service. The tech was very professional and I liked their website because it showed the picture of the person that was coming. He did a fantastic job on my garage door and made it new again. I had him replaced everything that was old. It was 16 years old. I would definitely use them again. I even recommended them to someone else.
