The spring on my garage door broke today, so I called Precision Garage Door Service. They gave me a time window and said the technician will call when on his way. The technician Colton showed up and looked at my damage door. He was very professional, knowledgeable and promised that he could fix it today. I received a 5 year warranty thank you Colton for being so kind and doing exactly what you said you would do. If I could I would give him 20 star review. I was very impressed by this young man.

Precision door care is by far the best around. I had a brand new door put in today. I've done business with you all before and was happy with the service then. And today I am beyond happy to still be doing business with you all. (15 yesrs later) The 2 technicians came at 7:30 a.m very respectful, they explained all the do and don't with new door. And to know that I've got such a great warranty from you all. Now I have piece of mind knowing the door is safe and works 100%. My garage door is my front door. It's the most used door in my home.
