The technician Bill was very polite and informative every step of the process. First he diagnosed the problem to be the motor had failed. He then offered two products that would meet my needs along with the costs. After I made my choice he explained how long it would take to replace the motor. His timing for the job was on point. Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.
