This is not the first time we've had Precision out to service our garage door, and like the other times they did not disappoint. Our tech Josh was fantastic and knowledgeable and courteous, and he made a lot of effort to clean up behind himself which I really appreciate. Thanks Josh! Just had Technician Josh do maintenance on our two car garage door. Sounded like a Herd of Elephants when it went up and down. Josh explained what was needed. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Absolutely the best customer service! My garage door broke on Saturday and I called Monday to schedule a repair. Was able to have someone out the same day. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!

Called Percision and they sent out a technician to access the situation that day. I feared the worse - needed a new garage door opener, new spring and belt drive. It did come with new door cameras, keyless entry and 2 remotes. It cost $1400. More than I expected.Wayne was our technician And was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Orion. The only complaint I have is paying $43.00 apiece for 10 rollers. That comes to $430.00. Is labor included in that price? That is a lot of money for 10 little wheels!

our tech that came out to conduct an inspection on our garage door did a great job. He explained what he saw as potential problem with our 20 year old system. He gave us all the options available to us and had no pressure. We received the list of items to consider and will make a determination quickly of what direction we will go.

We called because we thought the belt was loose. He tightened the spring which appears to have fixed the problem. The only issue I have is the price. I think $200 to tighten a spring is exorbitant.
