Craig came and explained he could not repair the little hole in the door. He did however replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door and helped us keep water from coming in under the door by building up the area under the door to make a barrier to stop the water. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable of the products you have to offer. He did not try to sell us something we did not need.
