Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!

Called Percision and they sent out a technician to access the situation that day. I feared the worse - needed a new garage door opener, new spring and belt drive. It did come with new door cameras, keyless entry and 2 remotes. It cost $1400. More than I expected.Wayne was our technician And was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job. He knew his garage door installation. I now don’t have to worry about my garage doors for several years. Thank you Wayne and Percision Garage Door Service.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Orion. The only complaint I have is paying $43.00 apiece for 10 rollers. That comes to $430.00. Is labor included in that price? That is a lot of money for 10 little wheels!

We called because we thought the belt was loose. He tightened the spring which appears to have fixed the problem. The only issue I have is the price. I think $200 to tighten a spring is exorbitant.

Service was great. Technician was professional. Was able to get an appointment the next day after calling on a Sunday. However, these were the most expensive garage door opener springs I ever heard of (10X the normal cost available at big box store). Unfortunately, I was in a predicament to get this repaired quickly. I am a DIY'er but just had back surgery and could not do this myself. Two stars overall due to feeling ripped off.
