One late Saturday afternoon my garage door stopped working and I was leaving Sunday for a convention. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon! I called yesterday afternoon as my garage door would not open. The young lady I spoke to was delightful and very helpful. She made an appointment for me for this morning as I said it wasn’t an emergency last night. Matt, your service technician came a little after nine this morning. He did call and say he would be early if that was OK???? He was also a very nice, kind young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well. He replaced the motor unit and the garage door runs like new! Thank you for having such lovely employees. I would definitely recommend your company.

Just had Technician Josh do maintenance on our two car garage door. Sounded like a Herd of Elephants when it went up and down. Josh explained what was needed. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Absolutely the best customer service! My garage door broke on Saturday and I called Monday to schedule a repair. Was able to have someone out the same day. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. They were able to install the new door today and I am so happy. Tyler did a great job. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing either repairs or replacement. Precision had fixed my garage door's broken springs in 2020, and I was so pleased with their work then that, when the chain that lifts the door was making awful noises, I called Precision again. Travis and another tech came out, diagnosed what the problem was, and immediately fixed it in no time!
