Same day service was much appreciated; they even moved my original appt up from a 2-6pm window and arrived before noon. Mike was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly. He took the time to go through pricing options with me and took into account my long-term goals without up-selling. He explained things along the way and taught me how to maintain the best operations of the door. Would recommend.

Travis Sanferraro was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options and I asked for his recommendation and went with what he thought was the best option for me. I was very happy with the repairs, he explained everything in detail to me and also cleaned up. He is an asset for your company I give him a 5 star review, he was great!

I cannot express how impressed we are with Precision and their employees. We have had a difficult reoccurring issue and Tyler has taken it upon himself to do everything he can to make sure it is resolved and we are happy. Tyler, Andrew and a trainee came out today to monitor the issues and make some adjustments. All businesses should take a page from Precision and their employees.

Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. I'm very glad we had Austin and Precision for all our garage door needs. Judy Fraser

Tech was Great, only issue that we found your pricing to be extremely high, I have 2nd home in upstate NY and had the same thing done, 2 Springs, bearings replaced by " Overhead Garage Company" and was charged $635.00 you charge $1200

My 17 year old garage door opener finally failed. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and had a technician at my home within 24 hours. The technician did a complete assessment of my system, provided a quote, did a professional installation, and showed me the features of the new system. Precision Overhead Garage Door hits the trifecta with professional service, courteous technicians, and quality products. Shout out to Jim, my technician.

The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

I chose Precision primarily because it is a local company here in Land O' Lakes and has a very professional, easy to use website. I was pleasantly surprised by the service which was provided within the half hour. Tim Vaughn, the technician, analyzed the problem and quickly restored the garage door to "like new" operation. He was friendly and professional. I will happily recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing their garage door fixed.

Travis came out to the house this morning, he is a very nice individual. I showed him the problem. He looked it over and explained what had happened, and gave me 3 options to fix it. I had it fixed and it is so quiet and works great. I am very pleased with Travis, I will definetly recommend them. And will use them in the future if needed.

We heard a loud bang coming from the garage. When we looked for the source we discovered a broken door spring. I called Precision and within two hours a very nice , professional young man named Austin Orton was here to do the repairs. He examined the door and and went over the needed repairs with me. About an hour later, the door was up and running. Thank you for your excellent service! I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone who ask...

Tim Vaughn (Tech) was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Right on time for the appointment and called before arriving. Very thorough with the inspection of the garage door (had a broken spring), gave a respectable estimate for repairs, had all parts on his truck and repair time was quick. Followed up with the repair and operation of the fixed door. Highly recommend Tim and Precision for all garage door repairs.

Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, willing to explain all the questions you have. Jeremy Rossi came out to find out what trouble we were having. After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door. Jeremy was great and was willing to do anything that we wanted. We made an appointment for the following week. Carlos Morales installed our door and was very professional, couldn't be nicer. When he was finished he was sure to explain all that he had done and also how to care for it. wonderful company!!!!!
