Jason Daring was my Precision professional and I was very happy with the entire experience. He was on time, friendly and patient with my questions. He presented all options to me to assist me in staying within budget. He was also efficient but thorough. The new motor is amazing! It hardly makes any noise as it opens and closes. I love the battery feature; it allows usability for a couple days if there is a power outage. As the battery's shelf life is deteriorating, it will beep and show how much "life" is left on the garage opener. The battery is a quick fix and should last for 2-3 years depending on usage. I would recommend this company, but more specifically, Jason Daring, to fix my garage door! Thank you! :)

Broke a garage door spring on a Saturday night, called Precision Sunday morning. We were scheduled between noon - 4p and got a call from Austin around 11:45 saying he would be there around 12:15. I tried Precision because of your advertising. I planned on getting an estimate but when Robert came to our house he was very respectful, arrived on time. Robert was able to diagnose the problem right away and to my surprise had the parts to repair our garage door.
