Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.

When the spring on my garage door broke, and I could not open my garage door, I needed someone to come out and fix it. This company advertises that they will come out the same day and they do. My technician Chris was friendly, professional, knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He showed me where things needed to be fixed and why they were a problem. We talked about what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. He fixed it and I am a very satisfied customer.

Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions. Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service.
