We always enjoy the fast, honest and efficient work complete by Precision Garage Door. This visit was just a check on the door and technician discovered some missing hinges on our hurricane garage door. Placed on door and door works and sounds better than ever.

Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.

When the spring on my garage door broke, and I could not open my garage door, I needed someone to come out and fix it. This company advertises that they will come out the same day and they do. My technician Chris was friendly, professional, knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He showed me where things needed to be fixed and why they were a problem. We talked about what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. He fixed it and I am a very satisfied customer.

Precision garage doors did a great job from start to finish. I got an appointment right away the next morning. The technician was here early and was very personable. Wayne is a definite asset to your company. He saw what was wrong. He showed my husband the failed parts and explained plainly why they failed and why they needed to be replaced. He fixed the door in a timely manner. The only negative was I didn’t expect the cost, but it needed to be done. I would call precision again. And request Wayne.

Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions. He was very easy to be with, knowledgeable about his work and got the job done. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my business.

We are very pleased with every aspect of Precision Overhead Garage Door. The first contact is so nice and friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. Wayne Madore, the service technician, was so nice, informative, immediately diagnosed the problem and then corrected and repaired the issue. He also explained a little about the door interns of it's hurricane strength. So once again, we are very pleased to use Precision Overhead Large door as our garage door company.

We have been customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for some time. In fact, they installed the doors in our home almost 20 yrs ago. Today, Chris Poland responded to our need to replace the door openers and tracks, springs, etc. What a fine company representative. He was responsive, competent, and courteous while explaining everything he was doing and why the work should be done. We decided what was done. Doesn't get any better than this.... excellent quality work at a fair price. Chris made our day after getting ourselves off to a bad start. Well done Chris with many thanks. Next time, I trust Chris's picture will appear on the company web site. Deserved!
