Austin responded in a very timely fashion when my wife crashed into the garage door, there was no way it would close after she was finished. He was very personable and worked quite efficiently. I was so impressed I ordered an additional garage door opener install for my third bay door as well as replacing old parts of an existing unit. Granted I have had little to none experience with garage door companies, Precision Overhead Garage Door was, hands down, the most convenient, hassle-free, professional experience I've had getting something replaced. I was grateful for the 24/7 operator, but also grateful to use the website chat and book an appt the same day! The tech, Chris Pinnegar, was there early for the appt, knowledgable about all things garage door and replacement and had the new garage door installed the next day by noon. He even went out of his way to drive to Orlando to get the model we wanted. Great company, great service — 5 out of 5, would recommend and already have!
