I choose Precision door service because they had installed the original door and motor. After 25 years, I needed work on the door and a new motor. The service man came withing a few hours of my call, and after inspection the door and motor, gave me an estimate of 3 choices. Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very nice clean up job. Would recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

Five stars don't do you justice!! My tech today was Joshua Hink. He had to replace two springs on my two car garage door, one of which was broken. Since both springs were 18 years old, he recommended replacement of 7 year warranty springs. A professional job done in less than an hour, and he did arrive prior to the assigned appointment. The salesman sold me garage doors for 4, 500k. The salesman/ installer was the same person who failed to tell me the garage doors wouldn't work when he left because we didnt have electric. As he finished the job he told me I would have to call an electrician in order for the doors to work, an extra 600 to 1000k I didnt expect. Had the technician made me aware I wouldn't have purchased the doors. I found it misleading, I'm a single wo.en and didnt budget it nor am I mechanically inclined.

When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. I had a Genie 3120 garage door opener installed and bearings replaced on the door. Bryan the technician did an outstanding job. Once installed he explained the system and programmed both cars. The belt drive replaced the old chain drive opener and what a difference - it is now hard to hear when the door is opening or closing. It is also nice to have the wi-fi app on my iPhone. I am really pleased with the opener and service.
