Precision garage doors did a great job from start to finish. I got an appointment right away the next morning. The technician was here early and was very personable. Wayne is a definite asset to your company. He saw what was wrong. He showed my husband the failed parts and explained plainly why they failed and why they needed to be replaced. He fixed the door in a timely manner. The only negative was I didn’t expect the cost, but it needed to be done. I would call precision again. And request Wayne.

Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions. He was very easy to be with, knowledgeable about his work and got the job done. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my business.

We are very pleased with every aspect of Precision Overhead Garage Door. The first contact is so nice and friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. Wayne Madore, the service technician, was so nice, informative, immediately diagnosed the problem and then corrected and repaired the issue. He also explained a little about the door interns of it's hurricane strength. So once again, we are very pleased to use Precision Overhead Large door as our garage door company.

Today, Chris Poland responded to our need to replace the door openers and tracks, springs, etc. What a fine company representative. Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. Tech was Great, only issue that we found your pricing to be extremely high, I have 2nd home in upstate NY and had the same thing done, 2 Springs, bearings replaced by " Overhead Garage Company" and was charged $635.00 you charge $1200

The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

Travis came out to the house this morning, he is a very nice individual. I showed him the problem. He looked it over and explained what had happened, and gave me 3 options to fix it. I had it fixed and it is so quiet and works great. I am very pleased with Travis, I will definetly recommend them. And will use them in the future if needed.
