I called Precision several months ago when our spring broke. Since I got such good service then I decided to call them again. Our door made so much noise when opening and closing, I was afraid it was going to fail any time. Again your service man, Josue Lombay arrived within the time you said. He was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I could tell he knew what he had to do. I decided then to do the entire job including new rollers and rubber bottom seal. I was very surprised when he said he could do the entire job that day. I was even more surprised he completed the entire job in less than two hours, including connecting in our car signal. The company service meet my expectations when I called initially for repair. They took my request and the technician called Luis was sent the same day I called. He did a throughly inspection and advise for a total replacement. I approved and he proceed with the entire replacement. Luis did an excellent job and instructed me about the usage. The next day I requested help with the MyQ app settings and the company sent Johnatan who helped me to go through the correct settings and provided a quick training. Now I am very satisfied with the system thanks to the good technicians (Luis and Johnatan) expertise in the installation and help with the app settings.

This was an impressive operation start to finish. There were 2 challenges, MSFH and a classic car in the garage that can't be moved at present. The entire team handled both with ease and confidence. Your company participates with the MSFH program and while other companies didn't want anything to do with the classic car, you looked at it as an opportunity to excel. The "A" team needs to be recognized; Jordan made me feel comfortable and at ease with the project to start, Justin led operations with itemizing the entire estimate, Jeff led installation with multiple phone calls, text messages and pictures to ensure safety and success, finally the 2 stars of the performance were Corbin and Hunter. These 2 guys were as invested in the successful outcome as I was. God orchestrated start to finish and sent 2 guardian angels, I am truly blessed and thankful to all!!

Easy to make an appt. Worked with a very experienced Technician. Ryan texted ahead of time to inform me of his ETA and was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and helped me assess what repairs were needed immediately; the obvious replacement was a broken tension coil and a few updates as the garage was 21+ years old. Pricing was very reasonable. Ryan made sure he cleaned up and left the garage floor spotless. Great job and a very appreciative customer !!

I called at 11pm on Monday night , I was given a appointment for 10 am the next day with a 4 hour window. The technician Phil arrived around 11 am he was a great guy, he knows what he's doing, great personality, and 2 hours later my door was opening and closing like new. I called Precision based on using them in years past. Back then they were reasonable in sales tactics and pricing. Not so much anymore. Was quoted a spring repair among many up charges for a total of $2500+. I kindly asked for a copy of the quote and refused to have any work done. I never got a copy of the quote and one day later had a quote from another company and completed my repair for a 1/4 of the price. I have seen other complain of your pricing and you are taking advantage of people who don’t ask questions about what you are quoting. I was contacted by a supervisor, but you will not receive my business.
