I tried Precision because of your advertising. I planned on getting an estimate but when Robert came to our house he was very respectful, arrived on time. Robert was able to diagnose the problem right away and to my surprise had the parts to repair our garage door. It is very difficult to get anyone in the service industry in Florida to show up on time let alone be able to diagnose problems quickly and perform the repairs on the spot. This was the first time I used Precision and I have to admit it was a shot in the dark. I was not disappointed. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. I thought that all I needed was a new remote but Robert also found some other minor issues which he took care of. He also gave me a brief tutorial on how to properly take care of my garage door system. And the cost of the repairs and new remote was reasonable. This is a company I will seek again if needed.

Danny came out inspected the damaged lift and came in with explanation in full . I am a new widow in a new house . He made me feel comfortable and brought back a better price than expected. I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft. Prompt courteous service . Requested service repair of garage door at 0730 am on Monday, answered and assigned repairman by Katrina . Brian the service tech arrived by 0830 and repaired the door by 1030 am cannot beat that for service call from company we never used before. Brian was very nice and professional.
