I called Precision to have my garage door opener checked out. David Crowe came out and replaced my opener in a short time than I expected. I have used Precision before and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I was very pleased that they gave me a window of 11-3 and David showed up before 11am. My husband had a stroke yesterday and I was worried about spending all day waiting for Precision. They were just great. Thanks

I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! Great job and many thanks to everyone at Precision, I couldnt be any happier with my garage door experience!
