I had used Precision once before in 2016. I was pleased then with the job so I am a returning customer. I give 5 STARS for the speed in sending someone to look at my problem (especially that today is a Saturday). Chris Johnson was top notch. He was able to come to my home before the scheduled time. He explained that I needed a new motor and went over my options. He was courteous and efficient. And, he cleaned up afterward! I would ask for him again if I ever needed it. 5 STARS for Chris!!

My garage door opener broke. They scheduled an appointment for me the same day. The tech that came out, Joshua Figueroa, was so nice and so professional. He listed all my options and the differences in each one. He was so polite. He was done in about 2-2.5 hours. He cleaned up every bit of mess. He programmed all of our cars to the new opener. He walked me through everything. This is my second time using Precision and I’m just as impressed and happy as the first time, if not even more so. Thank you!!

Our company does service work throughout Pasco and Pinellas counties for 23 years and we are always seeing your trucks on the road. So when we had a garage door come off it's tracks the name was already familiar. I called this Sunday morning and it was fixed within 3 hours of the call. Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel. A couple of weeks prior to deciding on a new door, we had bad springs replaced. Because we subsequently bought the new door, the amount we paid for the spring repair was deducted from or door bill. Great customer service!

I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft. Prompt courteous service . Requested service repair of garage door at 0730 am on Monday, answered and assigned repairman by Katrina . Brian the service tech arrived by 0830 and repaired the door by 1030 am cannot beat that for service call from company we never used before. Brian was very nice and professional.
