I went to close my garage door, it only went a couple of inches. Not wanting to leave my garage open over night, I manually closed the door. And called Precision and the operator told me they would have somebody out the next morning. The next morning I got a text followed by a phone call from the repair technician. Josh, my service guy gets 5 stars. He is a professional and did a fantastic job renovating my garage door. I called for a maintenance job. We bought this hurricane double door a little over 5 years ago for less than $2,000. There were several pieces needing replacement. The bill was OVER $2,000! We now have a 7 year warranty and according to our service person better parts than the original door. I was a little disappointed in the cost and early timing of failing parts. We bought our door from Precision. We purchased 2 springs, cables, rollers, bearing plates, and rollers. On the bright side, I am VERY glad I had the service BEFORE the cables snapped or the springs broke.
