Purchased a garage door from them 2 years ago, Excellent installation. I called at 10am 2 years later, stating that the door tension was not correct, at 12 noon there was someone who came and corrected the problem. Awesome Company!!!

Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. Precision had fixed my garage door's broken springs in 2020, and I was so pleased with their work then that, when the chain that lifts the door was making awful noises, I called Precision again. Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!
