The technician, Aaron, kept me informed as to his arrival time, and, when he arrived, he was very professional and pleasant. He quickly addressed the issue. Aaron also did a quick inspection of the garage door and lubricated all the hinges. He asked if I had any questions or other concerns. When he left, he thanked me for being a customer!
