Travis Sanferraro was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options and I asked for his recommendation and went with what he thought was the best option for me. I was very happy with the repairs, he explained everything in detail to me and also cleaned up. He is an asset for your company I give him a 5 star review, he was great!

Travis came out to the house this morning, he is a very nice individual. I showed him the problem. He looked it over and explained what had happened, and gave me 3 options to fix it. I had it fixed and it is so quiet and works great. I am very pleased with Travis, I will definetly recommend them. And will use them in the future if needed.

Very pleased with Travis (personality, professionalism, offering options, answering questions, explaining repairs/replacement parts...), especially coming out on a Sunday morning! My parents have used your services in the past, so he was able to view last service call from six years ago and provide options for my elderly mother.

I choose Precision door service because they had installed the original door and motor. After 25 years, I needed work on the door and a new motor. The service man came withing a few hours of my call, and after inspection the door and motor, gave me an estimate of 3 choices. I am very pleased with the work, the finished product, and the personal presentation. Would I recommend them? ----Absolutely.!! -----K. Lipsch
