We called because we thought the belt was loose. He tightened the spring which appears to have fixed the problem. The only issue I have is the price. I think $200 to tighten a spring is exorbitant.

Cris was very professional. He explained our options as to what should be done with our garage door and did a super job fixing it. This door is 40 years old but in good shape. He revamped all the parts to the door in around 2 hrs. It now runs like a clock. You will not find a better company for the job. Thank you precision for your wonderful service.
