Unfortunately the opener's erratic behavior did not re-occur while the technician was here and after thoroughly checking the system he could not identify the problem. He was kind enough to check out my sister's opener (next door) also and determined that it should be replaced. We were very impressed with Wayne (?) and will definitely use your service for all our future garage door related needs.

Our installer Chris, was very fast in recognizing the issue(s) and recommending how to fix or improve our opener. Gave us four prices depending on level of service with explaination of each. We went for the highest price repair which he was able to accomplish within two hours of arrival. We were a bit surprised at the cost, but his work and the results are very satisfying. Thank you.

John ( A ) Pappas was professional and very efficient. He offered 3 levels of repair and we went with the maximum. john showed me how to use the aerosol spray lubricate on the track, wheels and hinges and said twice a year will be sufficient. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me.

I've only been on my new home barely three weeks, and my garage door slammed down after i enter it. I notice 4 screws had dislodged causing this problem, So I go straight to google and located Precision. They sent Mike out, very nice man, and he a thorough inspection found my issues and a few others that were unbeknownst to me that will need attention later on. The service was very good. Technician couldn’t have been nicer. Said they would be here between noon & 4. He was at my house at 12:15. Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.
