Travis the technician was very kind and professional. We had a spring snap and slam into the garage door, thankfully no one was in the garage, otherwise someone would have gotten hurt. Travis said Precision Door offers safety cables that attach into the new springs to prevent them from injuring should they snap again. I did not know that was even an option! I opted in for that and now I feel safer should that incident ever happen in the future. I have used Precision Doors in the past and will continue to for all of my garage door needs.

As I have an ill husband it was imperative I have the door operational you arrived quickly and at the time promised. I am an older woman and Keith was respectful which is unusual for contractors in my experience. I would like to rehire for further work on my door but I will do more research for a more competitive price when I'm not under pressure. I thought for the time required and supplies $434.00 was excessive.

I called Overhead Garage Precision DOOR ServicE BECAUSE THEY ANSWERED MY PHONE WITH A REAL PERSON WHO TRIED THEIR BEST TO GET MY door open and running soon. I got an appt within 24 hrs and repaired within 12 hrs.

We called because we thought the belt was loose. He tightened the spring which appears to have fixed the problem. The only issue I have is the price. I think $200 to tighten a spring is exorbitant.
