We are very happy with the entire process. I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. to make an appointment for someone to come out and fix our garage door,it would not open. Tom arrived at 9:30 and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Within an hour the garage doors were fixed (rebuilt) and are like new now. He replaced the two large springs, the bearings and all the rollers . He applied the Angie's list discount and there is also a five year guarantee for any issues that should come up. This morning a cable came off the spool, when I remembered that we used your company on Christmas Eve 2008 and received excellent service. This time, we once again received outstanding and courteous service. I was told by your pleasant dispatcher that someone would be there between 1 and 3 pm and would call in advance. I got a call from Ben who said he would be there within 30 minutes, he was. Ben was very efficient and professional, he got us fixed with no hard pressure upselling, just provided maintenance advice and things to keep an eye on. Once again, your company exceeded expectations on this Sunday service call. I've already recommended you to my neighbor.
