One late Saturday afternoon my garage door stopped working and I was leaving Sunday for a convention. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon! I called yesterday afternoon as my garage door would not open. The young lady I spoke to was delightful and very helpful. She made an appointment for me for this morning as I said it wasn’t an emergency last night. Matt, your service technician came a little after nine this morning. He did call and say he would be early if that was OK???? He was also a very nice, kind young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well. He replaced the motor unit and the garage door runs like new! Thank you for having such lovely employees. I would definitely recommend your company.

Purchased a garage door from them 2 years ago, Excellent installation. I called at 10am 2 years later, stating that the door tension was not correct, at 12 noon there was someone who came and corrected the problem. Awesome Company!!!

Sean came on time. We did not wait at all. He was very knowledgeable of the problem and fixed it immediately. He explained all details to us. He reviewed all the workings of the door and motor. Made adjustments necessary. This garage door fits better and is quieter than the day it was installed. The door is only 3 years old. Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!

Called Percision and they sent out a technician to access the situation that day. I feared the worse - needed a new garage door opener, new spring and belt drive. It did come with new door cameras, keyless entry and 2 remotes. It cost $1400. More than I expected.Wayne was our technician And was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job. He knew his garage door installation. I now don’t have to worry about my garage doors for several years. Thank you Wayne and Percision Garage Door Service.

Did not have the correct springs to fix my garage door. If you have a 1 piece floor to ceiling extention springs system, look elsewhere.
