Nice technician, no pressure sales. Did the job quickly, although I think they left behind some oily residue on the bottom of the garage door that faces the street... He cleaned up and moved stuff around on the inside very nicely though!

Technician was ahead of time on the appointment which was excellent. He got my garage door up and running and did an annual maintenance. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me prices for replacing something in the future so I would know how to budget for it. Thanks Precision Overhead Garage Door

Our garage door locked up at about 4:45 PM. We had a new opener (old one was 20 years old) and a full functional door before 9:00. Chad, the technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient. Precision couldn't have a better person to represent the company!! I totally recommend Precision for any garage door repair needed. They are by far the best I have ever used from initial contact to completed job!

Jesus was on time, called before he arrived, very pleasant to talk to, listened to my concerns with the door, fixed my issue in no time at all, definitely knew what he was doing. I’ve been using Precision for several years now and see no reason to use anybody else.

One late Saturday afternoon my garage door stopped working and I was leaving Sunday for a convention. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon! I called yesterday afternoon as my garage door would not open. The young lady I spoke to was delightful and very helpful. She made an appointment for me for this morning as I said it wasn’t an emergency last night. Matt, your service technician came a little after nine this morning. He did call and say he would be early if that was OK???? He was also a very nice, kind young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well. He replaced the motor unit and the garage door runs like new! Thank you for having such lovely employees. I would definitely recommend your company.

Sean Wolf went above and beyond to help us through a tough situation. He overhauled our entire aging garage door and has it opening as smooth as silk. On time, in uniform and absolutely professional, we were at ease from introduction to inspection to quote to discount to final repairs with demonstration and advice on use and care…..unbelievably easy to do business with! Thank you Sean Wolf and Thank you Precision Garage Door of Pasco! Sincerely, The Kipping Family

We first used Precision several years ago and we were very impressed with how they operate their business. We had a recent garage door repair issue, so we called them again for service. We were very pleased with the overall customer service from them. They are very professional, on time, and strive to achieve a top notch job for their customers. My experience with them clearly demonstrated they are a business who sincerely cares about their customers.

Josh H. Was our technician and he was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. Was courteous to my wife and my kids, knew the job inside and out, and made extremely quick work of the repair. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. If all technicians are like Josh, I don’t see how any other garage door repairs companies are in business.
