This is my second time using Precision and I have been pleasantly pleased both times with the professionals and the person who answered the phone who scheduled them. Each time they have explained the issue and shown the solution but never oversold or overexplained. The professional Robbie was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to maintain the door as well. He explained what happened to the door and why and his recommendation for a new part. The price I thought was very reasonable and didn't try to upsell. He was very respectful and the repair didn't take long though he tested it out numerous times. I would recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I have had Precision repair several springs over the years. Precision’s customer service on the phone and their field techs are true professionals. The tech was a down to earth, polite and pleasant person to work with. I will continue to use their service because their employees are amazing! I really cannot say enough about how great they are and I tell my family and friends.

Domenic Carapellucci did a great job repairing and installing a new spring and ten rollers. Considering the workspace available, since my car was in the garage and the door could not be open. I was very happy with the quick response to my initial call for service. My garage door never operated as well as it does now. Thank You Precision

Chris came to my home this afternoon because this morning my garage only went up 3 widths instead of all 4 widths. It made a horrible noise and just stayed there. I was not able to go to work today, because I could not get my car out of the garage. Chris diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now I can go to work tomorrow.

After a recent power surge our garage opener motor needed replacing. The technician arrived the same day, checked out and advised us our door was still under warranty, and he would return with the new motor and replace it the following day, free of charge. We have always received prompt, courteous service from Precision and couldn't be more pleased with our choice of vendors.

Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.

My husband & I are in the process of researching replacement overhead garage doors for a 30 year old home here in Timber Greens Association. The outstanding reputation of Precision Garage doors was one of the selected candidates for this decision. We were very impressed with the knowledge, honesty & congeniality of the designated Technician; Rebecca Fernandez had shown us. We are very grateful to her for all of her expertise in demonstrating the many facets of this decision for replacement the correct way. At present we are still researching & hopefully make a decision soon.

They have the best reputation and provide fast reliable service. Our technician Josh was upfront with the quote and showed me all the items that needed replacing. The response to my call was great and the repairs were done fast and efficiently. My garage which is 22 years old works better now than when new.

Chris was the technician who responded to my service request when I lost power and was unable to restore it. He arrived within the scheduled time and not only resolved my problem but took the time to show me how to avoid the problem in the future and other methods to properly maintain the system. He could not have been more polite, friendly and professional. He is a credit to your organization and hopefully will be properly recognized. Because of him and your product I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone I know who is in need of a quality garage door.

Installed a new garage door opener. Great experience. Tech was on time, professional, & very thorough. Chain had to be adjusted a month later but they came right out & took care of it. The service level from the people that answer the phone to the technician that does the work is nothing short of outstanding. It was obvious they pride themselves in providing excellent customer service. Great job, and thank you.

Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs. After starting to take things apart, he found larger issues and more parts that needed to be replaced. He contacted me and advised of the issues and costs of those parts. In and out in less than two hours. Amazing! Very happy customer who will be contacting you later this year to purchase a new door that is end of life. I will be referring Precision Garage Door to all family and friends.’ Thank you!!

Making an appointment was easy, they gave me a chance to pick what date and approximate what time they. Day of installation was to the tee. Before starting the job they gave me upfront cost with Veterans discount. I would recommend if you need a person to call them or check out their website. Please remember you get what you pay for.

Nice technician, no pressure sales. Did the job quickly, although I think they left behind some oily residue on the bottom of the garage door that faces the street... He cleaned up and moved stuff around on the inside very nicely though!
