Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs. After starting to take things apart, he found larger issues and more parts that needed to be replaced. He contacted me and advised of the issues and costs of those parts. In and out in less than two hours. Amazing! Very happy customer who will be contacting you later this year to purchase a new door that is end of life. Our garage door locked up at about 4:45 PM. We had a new opener (old one was 20 years old) and a full functional door before 9:00. Chad, the technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient.
