Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.

Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs. After starting to take things apart, he found larger issues and more parts that needed to be replaced. He contacted me and advised of the issues and costs of those parts. Our garage door locked up at about 4:45 PM. We had a new opener (old one was 20 years old) and a full functional door before 9:00. Chad, the technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient.
