Incredible service and stands behind their product. They installed my garage door a year and half ago. Then Hurricane Helene came and damaged my door. Carlos and his team were amazing. Came right out and saw all that we have been through and repaired the door under warranty for free. This was an unexpected and much needed gesture of kindness that I really needed. It meant a lot to me and they have earned a customer for life. Thanks!

Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.

I have said it before and when I had my door initially installed back in May, I wanted to use a good reputable company. I didn’t want to try using a local Handiman to save a few dollars. I’m so glad I made that decision. Due to mobility issues that I have now,there is no way I could go up on a ladder to link the opener with my Aladdin app. The check came here and did it all for me and refused to charge me. I absolutely highly recommend precision door for anyone that needs a garage door. It may cost a few bucks more, but absolutely well worth every penny!

Luke did a great job installing the (2) new 'sensors' for my garage door, yesterday (12-5-24) ... just as he had done previously, on 12-26-23, on my garage door. * This is the Invoice date I called for a copy of, this morning, in the amount of $490.00. The email confirmation I received from you, did not include the 'icon' invoice receipt, normally sent for payment confirmation (so I could click on it). I called to request a copy of that receipt this morning and hope to receive a copy soon, so I can keep up on what has been done on my garage door, moving forward. It's not that old, so being in accounting, myself... it should not be difficult to locate. Thank you, very much! Luke is very professional. This is my second time using Precision and I have been pleasantly pleased both times with the professionals and the person who answered the phone who scheduled them. Each time they have explained the issue and shown the solution but never oversold or overexplained. The professional Robbie was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to maintain the door as well. He explained what happened to the door and why and his recommendation for a new part. The price I thought was very reasonable and didn't try to upsell. He was very respectful and the repair didn't take long though he tested it out numerous times. I would recommend Precision for garage door needs.

Chris came to my home this afternoon because this morning my garage only went up 3 widths instead of all 4 widths. It made a horrible noise and just stayed there. After a recent power surge our garage opener motor needed replacing. The technician arrived the same day, checked out and advised us our door was still under warranty, and he would return with the new motor and replace it the following day, free of charge. Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.
