We had a big surprise when we came home yesterday evening around 5:30 PM, Our garage door would not open. I determined that one of the springs was broken. We quickly looked up a possible company that could fix it right away. I remembered all the Adds that said you could send someone out ASAP. We looked up Precision and found a company in New Port Richey. They sent a technician out right away. Brian Harman came out, assessed the problem and recommended several choices to pick from. Once that was decided, Brian went to work. He worked efficiently and quickly. He was friendly and courteous. The job was done and he thanked us. The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2", more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.

Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn't know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. I want to thank Precision and Austin for the excellent service I just received. This evening at 6pm on July 3rd, I pulled into the driveway and the garage door would not open. I went in thru the front door and when I looked in the garage, the spring had broken. I called Precision and I was told the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Austin arrived within in that time and replaced the springs in roughly 30 mins. Basically from when I called to when the job got completed, it was about 1 hr on a Friday night (and a holiday for most people). Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Precision!

Customer service was good. Called for approval when technician was available earlier than scheduled service window. Our technician Christian was friendly, polite and efficient. Trouble areas were identified and shown to me. After a bit of sticker shock, Christian completed the work in less time than expected.
