I have had the privilege of having Precision Garage Door Service come out in some years past and the service was excellent! This particular time was in no way anything less. The specialist Albert was such a great help in going above and beyond in answering all of my questions, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and helping me solve this issue I was having with my opener. He not only spent the time to evaluate the situation and try to pinpoint the cause but also showed me other factors involved in the whole operation of the garage door itself that I might need to keep a watch on in the future just in case any problems arise. Albert is a great asset to Precision and I cannot express my gratitude for the issue I had being solved and the knowledge I gained from talking with him. I appreciate Precision Garage Door and will readily recommend them to family and friends!!! Thank you!!

I chose Precision, again, because I was able to get someone out to assess my problem (garage door opener broke) same day...within a few hours of calling, actually. Nelson was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, transparent about parts, quality, and cost...and competent in installing what I needed. I'm satisfied with the service I was provided and highly recommend. Many thanks!!

I used Precision several years ago at an earlier residence and they were great. I used them recently and they still delivered excellent service. My technician was super friendly and explained everything to me. I am completely satisfied with the quality work that was done and would recommend them highly.

This is the second time I’ve had to use Precision in the last several years for an old garage door and opener. Just like before, they were fantastic. Response time was within a few hours of calling late in the day, and within a few minutes of arriving the problem was diagnosed and a quote was given. Precision’s extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician had replaced the parts and had the garage working quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision and will use them for any future issues for sure!

The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply. The technicians were efficient and very polite. They explained what they were going to do and went over the work order thoroughly with me before beginning. When they were done, they once again explained that very thing they did and how to keep the door working well.

Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn't see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you - Precision is my go-to service.
