This company is fast and efficient and the employees are both personable and knowledgeable. I have had them to come out twice recently for different issues on older equipment and both times they were very professional. I would not call any other company for this type of work. Debbie

we had a garage door with a broken cable, door would not operate, tech was on time and friendly explained the problem, and gave us an appx price, work was done quickly, personally the $680.00 charge for appx 1 hr work and a few repair materials seemed appx twice what the cost should have been. but at the time I had no choice, but to have the work performed.

I called Precision to have my garage door opener checked out. David Crowe came out and replaced my opener in a short time than I expected. I have used Precision before and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I was very pleased that they gave me a window of 11-3 and David showed up before 11am. Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel.
