Josh really knew what he was doing to repair our garage door. He truly is a professional and master in his field of garage door repair. He reviewed the garage door and associated parts for proper operation. He flagged those items that needed attention and provided and estimated cost of repair. I did not want my wife or granddaughter to suffer injury due to poor door operation. With that in focus he made sure the doors operated properly and demonstrated to my wife that the doors were not a threat to personal safety.

Saw the website after garage door didn't open. This was Saturday. Operator very courteous. Technician Stefan was there in less than two hours and fixed the problem. All the parts were in the truck and within 1.5 hours, good to go. I can't say enough.

The technician called saying he was 30 minutes away. He arrived on time. We talked then he closed and opened the garage door. He inspected the door thoroughly, then he told me the issues he saw. After putting a price on each item, we discussed options. This is a 21 year old garage door system which has all original parts. I decided to proceed and he went to work. He said it would be about 2 hours, and it was. It needed quite a bit of new parts. After he finished, he showed me what was done, demonstrated the new opener, re coded the outside keypad and went over the annual lubrication recommendation. Pretty simple. The new system is great. No noises, squeaks or vibration. It’s quiet. It really needed the upgrade and I am glad I called Precision to take care of it.

Very courteous and professional. Responded quickly and were able to repair my garage door the same day. I used them once before and I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. I called all over and couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone I worked with Precision a while back I remembered and gave them a call. they were very pleasant and I got an appointment within in a few hours on a Saturday. They sent out a great guy and his name was Arnold Simpson. This gentleman was on time, very Knowledgable, explained every detail and answered all my questions and then he went to work. He did everything except my garage door. He was quick and clean and went over everything he installed with me at the end. He was just the perfect great guy to have done that job that I needed so desperately. I really appreciate people like this, honest and sincere and liked doing what he has done for a long time. You are rediculosly exxpensive. The charge for house call is ok BUT charging me extra $40+ repropraming fee is leaves a bad taste. All yr tech did was press one yellow button and he used my step ladder.
