I have never been so pleased as to the response of my garage door crisis. The minute my door failed, I searched online and found Precision Garage Door. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful person that took my information and scheduled a repairman to come within a few hours. We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!

I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Precision would have gotten 5 stars. I gave only 4 because I was not presented with a detailed estimate of what was going to be replaced repaired etc.. I believe on your home page that this is what was advertised. The tech was very courteous, professional and upbeat. After inspecting the job. He explained everything that was going to be done. He then presented me with a piece of paper with three prices. That dealt with the price of the repairs and length of warranty options. Other than that, I'm very happy with the work and would recommend Precision to my Neighbors.
