3 years ago you guys replaced my two doors...I have a 3 car garage...on the 2 car door I chose to use my existing opener...well that opened finally gave out..was 11 yrs. Old....I called you guys because I was very happy with the job that was done...you train your employees very well...not only in workmanship but people skills....your tech diagnosed the problem and I ended up with new opener...great job...I am happy...you have some great employees working for you...I would not hesitate to refer your company

My experience with Precision was a good one. The receptionist that took the call was polite and assisting. Even though my appointment time was later in the day, The receptions called back to advise me that a technician was available earlier, and could be at my house. The Residential Technician, Keith Allen was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He worked in a timely manner and advised me how to perform oil maintenance on the garage door. Allen left his card for any future questions or concerns that may come up. I would recommend Precision Door to any one.

We got several estimates for the same door style and installation. Precision gave us the lowest price and the estimator spent more time checking what would need to be done to install our new garage doors (replaced old ones) than the competitors. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and had the doors completed in good time. They not only had to reframe two of the doors, but unhooked and rehooked our existing openers. They also helped us reprogram our door openers. We are very happy with our new doors and the service Precision provided.

Wesley was on time, personable and professional. Opener was original to house (30 plus years) and decided it was time to replace before it died. Wesley recommended that rollers be replaced so we basically had everything except the door upgraded. We spent more than we had hoped, but very happy with our new opener. DC chain drive is very quiet. 5 stars.

My garage door is over 20 years old and the springs broke over a month ago and don’t have the time to fix it myself. I called precision for a quote and they were easy to talk to and worked very quick to schedule a convenient appointment for a tech to come by. Next day I got a call early and a local tech was able to come out an hour early if I wanted. I’m glad I agreed because he was great. Carlos Morales showed up and was great! He was quick to identify other issues I had with the door and gave me estimates so I could make my decisions to wait or fix everything at once. I decided to get it all fixed at once, and Carlos wasted no time. He got everything fixed in about an hour. After finishing the work he showed me what was fixed and adjusted, and explained what I needed to do for preventative maintenance. He was great and I’ve slready recommended him to other family and friends. Thank you Carlos and Precision Garage Doors for your great work, my garage door works flawlessly now!

I will never call Precision for my garage door needs again. Was having problems this week with the door opening and stopping, but when the technician came, we couldn't reproduce the problem, somewhat embarrassing but that happens. After the technician couldn't help he decided to criticize the springs and said they were inferior and needed to be replaced. Precision installed new springs and rollers just last summer, now all of a sudden they're worn out, come on, trying to upcharge a customer for something not needed. I am finished with Precision.

I have never been so pleased as to the response of my garage door crisis. The minute my door failed, I searched online and found Precision Garage Door. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful person that took my information and scheduled a repairman to come within a few hours.
