we had a garage door with a broken cable, door would not operate, tech was on time and friendly explained the problem, and gave us an appx price, work was done quickly, personally the $680.00 charge for appx 1 hr work and a few repair materials seemed appx twice what the cost should have been. but at the time I had no choice, but to have the work performed.

I called Precision to have my garage door opener checked out. David Crowe came out and replaced my opener in a short time than I expected. I have used Precision before and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I was very pleased that they gave me a window of 11-3 and David showed up before 11am. My husband had a stroke yesterday and I was worried about spending all day waiting for Precision. They were just great. Thanks

I had used Precision once before in 2016. I was pleased then with the job so I am a returning customer. I give 5 STARS for the speed in sending someone to look at my problem (especially that today is a Saturday). Chris Johnson was top notch. He was able to come to my home before the scheduled time. He explained that I needed a new motor and went over my options. He was courteous and efficient. And, he cleaned up afterward! I would ask for him again if I ever needed it. 5 STARS for Chris!!

Our company does service work throughout Pasco and Pinellas counties for 23 years and we are always seeing your trucks on the road. So when we had a garage door come off it's tracks the name was already familiar. I called this Sunday morning and it was fixed within 3 hours of the call. Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel. A couple of weeks prior to deciding on a new door, we had bad springs replaced. Because we subsequently bought the new door, the amount we paid for the spring repair was deducted from or door bill. Great customer service!
