Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn't know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. They didn't even charge me for a service call. What great service and a great company.

I was very impressed with the quick response on a Sunday. The Technician Josh Hink was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the work required very thoroughly. Mr. Jason Darling installed a new garage door opener on August 8, 2020. He arrived on time and was observing all COVID 19 protocols. Mr. Daring was very professional and explained the features and options of the different openers. After, the decision was made he started and worked tirelessly in 100 degree temperatures for about two hours installing the new garage door opener. Then explained the operation and equipment. Oh!!! he collected the money. Very pleased with the service and equipment.

I want to thank Precision and Austin for the excellent service I just received. This evening at 6pm on July 3rd, I pulled into the driveway and the garage door would not open. I went in thru the front door and when I looked in the garage, the spring had broken. I called Precision and I was told the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Austin arrived within in that time and replaced the springs in roughly 30 mins. Basically from when I called to when the job got completed, it was about 1 hr on a Friday night (and a holiday for most people). Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Precision!

Customer service was good. Called for approval when technician was available earlier than scheduled service window. Our technician Christian was friendly, polite and efficient. Trouble areas were identified and shown to me. After a bit of sticker shock, Christian completed the work in less time than expected. When done, finished product was reviewed for approval before payment was requested. If needed, I will use Precision again.

We are very happy with the service we received. The response to our call for assistance was prompt and all of the options available to solve our problem were reviewed. We had a new garage door installed with a new opener and keypad. The work was completed quickly and cleanup was handled just as efficiently. It is obvious the installer knew what he was doing. Afterwards he spent some time programming the openers for our autos and reviewed the maintenance required to keep everything working. We are completely satisfied! Thank you.

The 24/7 was terrific because my repair was on Sunday 6/14/2020 and was a total replacement of the drive motor, chain drive and springs. My serviceman was John Tsangarinos and he did a VERY GOOD job of replacing the above parts. The operation of the garage door is very smooth AND quiet. After taking my Garage Remote to have new batteries installed, the remote still would not open the Garage Door...I called this AM and got an Appointment for the PM same day...A young man came out and upon opening and removing the batteries he found that the seal was still on the batteries...Fixed the problem immediately...He also checked the door and fixed the large spring on top as it was curled a bit and sprayed the vital spots on the door...Young man was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the doors...I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone in need on a new

My neighbors had service performed by Precision Door and they were quite happy, that is why I called for service. Making an appt. was easy. The associate on the phone was very pleasant. There was a follow up email to my appt. The tech - Jose called prior to showing up which was great and he showed up on the time he said. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, my opener was to old to be fixed. He quoted me a very high price which is when I had informed him I saw openers on their website for $349.00, not the $565.00 he had quoted me. He looked on his website and said I was correct. He didn't know about this special offering. It wasn't a Liftmaster opener which I saw Precision handled. He told me this Linear unit is 1-year warranty on the entire unit - motor, parts and labor. Their Liftmasters were a lot more money. That is when I declined and informed him that Banko Garage Doors had the Liftmaster opener for $375.00 with a 4-year warranty on the motor and 1-year on all the other parts and labor. He said they can't match Banko's price and I should buy it from Banko. I thanked him for his time. That is why I gave Precision a 3-Star Rating. Their intent of customer service was very good, however they weren't competitive with their openers as a brand name.

My garage door wouldn't open and made a loud rattling noise. It also wouldn't close during sunset because the sunlight was interfering with the sensors. From seeing all the tv commercials about Precision, I decided to give them a call last night. I didn't expect for someone to actually answer my call in the late evening but they did and sounded so pleasant on the phone and scheduled my repair for today. Chad Donovan gave me a call just before he arrived, he quickly got me a quote with various options and we agreed on a full repair to the garage door and replacement of my garage door opener. At first I thought it might've been too expensive, but I later realized that it was a worthwhile investment and the guarantee of the work and the parts also made it worryfree. I inquired about financing and was able to apply for a great financing deal that also helped me get this fixed quickly and affordably. The finished job was night and day difference and the garage door opener was so quiet that I was amazed! Chad did an awesome job, and he was very professional, patient with my questions and all round great experience. I highly recommend precision to anyone requiring garage door services. Thanks for a job well done!
