Ryan was called out to replace the pair of springs that were broke. Ryan also brought to my attention parts that needed to be replaced. Without a lot of words, those parts were also replaced. Ryan was very nice and did a very good job. In summary the five stars was based on Ryan's repair job.

This was my first maintenance check on my Garage door and opener. The survey selections did not include the name of my technician (which was Dallas Frazier) who was polite, informative and educated me on maintenance. He replaced the rollers, lubricated and made some minor adjustments. Great job !!
