Broke a garage door spring on a Saturday night, called Precision Sunday morning. We were scheduled between noon - 4p and got a call from Austin around 11:45 saying he would be there around 12:15. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was right on the mark ! Did a great job and was a very pleasant young man. I will call Precision again if the need arises !

The service was wonderful. Your technician was courteous and efficient. We have one complaint and that is the cost of the ball bearing. The cost seems excessive as we did some checking and the prices differ a great deal from what was charged.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and I was quite happy about it. Christian provided the service and he was quite thorough inspecting the current opener and confirmed the issue. He provided quotes for repairing the current opener versus a new one. We opted for new since ours was about 20 years old. Great service and timely, he also helped set up our cars. Great guy.

This was the first time I used Precision and I have to admit it was a shot in the dark. I was not disappointed. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. I thought that all I needed was a new remote but Robert also found some other minor issues which he took care of. He also gave me a brief tutorial on how to properly take care of my garage door system. And the cost of the repairs and new remote was reasonable. This is a company I will seek again if needed.

Danny came out inspected the damaged lift and came in with explanation in full . I am a new widow in a new house . He made me feel comfortable and brought back a better price than expected. I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft. I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers damaged the drive shaft. Joshua was very professional and showed me what to grease every 6 months. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors.

Prompt courteous service . Requested service repair of garage door at 0730 am on Monday, answered and assigned repairman by Katrina . Brian the service tech arrived by 0830 and repaired the door by 1030 am cannot beat that for service call from company we never used before. Brian was very nice and professional.
