Our garage was off balance and we called Precision. When they came they found out that they didn't place the springs correctly the last time they had repaired our garage door. So they took care of it this time and didn't charge us anything for it. Not even the service charge. True professional folks who know how to correct your garage door situation, if its their fault or yours. Highly recommend them.

We were having frustrating issues with our garage doors working intermittently. James came today and was a lifesaver. He assessed the issue and determined the motor was no longer providing reliable current and needed to be replaced. After reviewing all the options, we chose to have both garage door openers replaced. My experience today was exceptional. I've become somewhat numbed and too easily accepting of marginal or worse customer service. My faith that someone can get it right has been restored. From the onset I was advised of what to expect following my call. Things went exactly as promised. Our technician arrived on time and had all the parts needed to complete the repairs in one visit. Arnold, our technician, was courteous and very thorough in his explanation of what was needed. There was no jargon or talking over my head, and he paused to occasionally ensure that I understood. My incredibly noisy yet fairly new garage door was installed by Banko. Arnold upgraded the "builder's grade" hardware/springs The door is now almost silent in its operation. I paid a fair price to resolve a deficiency that, based on reviews, I was unwilling to entrust to the builder's sub. Overall, just a really fine customer service experience. I HIGHLY recommend Precision.

I called Precision in Lutz, they said we can have someone out that afternoon. I didn't feel my situation needed same day service but it is wonderful to know it was an option. Keith called to let me know he was on his way on the day of the appointment. He explained the problem with my garage door and what it needed. Didn't take long for him to fix the problem. He even discussed potential future issues I might expect based on my garage doors age. Very friendly and professional.
