My garage door spring broke and I remembered the Precision's commercials that they will come anytime. It broke Saturday evening and I called them that day and they came out about 10a the next day. I was thrilled with that service. The tech was very professional and I liked their website because it showed the picture of the person that was coming. He did a fantastic job on my garage door and made it new again. I had him replaced everything that was old. It was 16 years old. I would definitely use them again. I even recommended them to someone else.

Employee (Christian),quality of work, and response speed for replacement (the same day) of the remote opener that was hit by lightning were 5 star quality. Purchased garage door opener, 3button remote,power surge, keyless entry. Just thought the final bill was a little high .. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were noticing odd sounds from our garage doors when they open, so called Precision for an assessment since your company had installed new springs cables etc and two new openers a few years ago. The technician called when he was on his way. Turns out the door sticks briefly on the new garage surface we had installed and is no cause for concern. He examined the functioning of both doors and everything is working fine. Very pleasant technician. We assumed there would be a service charge but turns out our doors are under warranty, so there was no charge. Very pleased with the service call.

My springs and arm to garage door was broke. Same day I called to have it repaired they sent the Tech,John to my residence. He was very informational, and explained in detail what was needed to be done. He was amazing! Job was completed in less than a hour.

Called Precision on a Sunday to fix my garage door that had just broken - they were out within an hour. Fixed my door and left the area spotless. Explained everything to me that they had to do. Am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the two men that came out to fix the door. Very glad that Precision was the company that I called.

Your company came highly recommended by a co worker. My spring on my garage door had broken and needed repair. I made an appointment. The day of the appointment I received a call early in the morning to find out it technician could come early I let them know it was okay. I waited and waited no one came early. I made several calls and received several conflicting information about when someone would come out. I was told a few times technician would call me and never did until just before my original appointment. Once technician got here he was friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired door . While he was repairing the door he explained to me that he was going to need to break off part of my garage door opener because it was blocking the garage door traveling. I believe he was trying to do this so that I would have to buy a new door opener from your company and get more money from me. I would not recommend your company. To may inconsistencies and technician trying to make my expense more.

From advertising. During research I was expressed you posted picture of the service man who would be during the work. Service man thoroughly checked everything and reported what had to be repaired and what did not need repair at this time. He answered all questions. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. He had me try the door several times, told me what he replaced. Very satisfied with the work, appearance and manner. I would recommend Precision and give them a five star rating.

Mr. Jim Rapp; Yesterday early in the day I discovered my garage door was broken, would open only 2 inches and then go back down. I quickly looked up possible garage door companies, my garage door opener was the original to the initial owner and was approximately 12 years old. I phoned Precision and was told someone could be out between 4 and 8 pm. I had a conflict and asked if any other opportunities could be arranged and was told between 12 noon and 4 pm. I got a call from your business saying Christopher was on his way. Christopher Stephens came to my home and was very cordial and appropriate. He asked to assess the situation, which only took a few minutes and presented the option of replacement of essential parts or a new system. After applying logic to the information I chose a new system and Christopher installed a totally new system for $1900. I found Christopher to keep me updated and the install only took about 2.5 to 3 hours. He was very appropriate, explained the reason for the breakdown of the old system and gave good detail about how to operate the new system. This guy is good, professional and really was a joy to work with. He is someone to hold onto and represents you and your company very well. I think we may see him in the neighborhood as we have already given our card to one person and will keep his information available for others. Thanks for hiring him, and training him well.
