So my garage motor and springs finally gave out after 20 years. Precision was at my house within 2 hours, without it being an emergency call. Christopher Johnson was the representative who showed up, and he was awesome. He showed me all the stuff that was definitely broken, and gave me some options based on what was still working. All in all, he replaced everything but the actual door in about 3 hours. It was a total of 5 hours between my call to Precision and my new opener and Springs being installed. Great service, and I highly recommend them.

I am always pleased to work with Precision when it comes to garage doors. They are prompt and courteous, and I am completely satisfied with their service and technicians. My garage door is only 5 years old but was installed by the builder. The door was very loud and noisy, and it needed new rollers. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same morning. I have seen many of your ads plus close friend also recommended your company. I needed to have my door spring replaced. Easily setup an appointment and tech came and checked to see what was needed and gave me options for materials and warranties. Work was done swiftly and professionally and very neatly. I highly recommend this company and Chris Johnson the tech. He covered all bases and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He also recommended new cables which were frayed and pulleys which were needed.

Austin was able to arrive early and completed work within an hour. He was professional, courteous and we felt confident with his recommendations. I would definitely recommend Precision! I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and the technician Bryan was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of options. He did not pressure me to go with the most expensive repair. After he was done with the repair he went over everything he did and explained the warranty. I am happy I went with Precision and would request Bryan in the future!

First thing I want to say is that my technician, Joshua Figueroa definitely gets 5 stars from me. He was very knowledgeable, upfront with me and answered all of my questions. The cost is what through me off a bit. Got new springs put in, a center bracket and 2 brackets for the sides. Total cost was 865. When looking at the invoice, $80 for a ball bearing, $180 for a left and right bearing plate and 135 for a reinforcement bracket seems extremely marked up to me. Great work but I'll definitely be looking for a cheaper option the next go around.

Contacted Precision on New Years Day after finding garage door not opening. They were able to give me an appointment TODAY, at 2-6 PM. 10 Minutes later, I received a call from them saying they had an opening at 12-2 PM. 20 Minutes later, got call from technician Matt Hink saying he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Matt arrive with his Mask on and after assessing the problem, provided me a quote with options. An hour later he was done and also lubed the rollers and hinges. He was very polite and professional. I'm very happy I called them.

A Precision employee came out to fix my garage door. By the end of looking into everything, they told me I needed a new motor, there's no way it can be fixed, and the price point starts at $599. I decided to wait, and look into it more. Found another company that would charge $350 for a new motor/installation/warranty, and had them come out. They loosened a bolt that was jammed, reset the system, garage door immediately started working and I was charged $65 for everything. The nice gentleman said we don't need a new motor, it's a simple fix. Either Precision rips people off, or they need to train their employees better.

Our garage was off balance and we called Precision. When they came they found out that they didn't place the springs correctly the last time they had repaired our garage door. So they took care of it this time and didn't charge us anything for it. Not even the service charge. True professional folks who know how to correct your garage door situation, if its their fault or yours. Highly recommend them.
