Austin from Precision Overhead Garage Door just provided an awesome service experience today for our family! Getting service on a Saturday is rare however Precision came through for us. My technician, Austin came slightly ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue and then explained the repairs needed. He quickly made the repairs and the door(s) work better than ever! There were no surprises on the invoice and everything was detailed perfectly. A bonus was Austin showing us the lubricant points on the door that will help keep the door operating smoothly and quietly! As a result of the quick service we were on our way and the garage door is operating better than ever. Thank you Austin and Precision!

I was charged $1040 for a new opener installed couple of days ago. Then I googled on that same opener and found out it costs only under $300 I Home Depot. I called them today and expressed a concern that I was charged excessive amount and felt like I was taken advantage off. The manager of customer service, without too many questions, returned $500 to my card. I couldn’t believe it. I am really a happy customer and recommend them to my family and friends, thank you precision.

Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!

Garage door opener repair was very quick and thorough. Jason also checked door springs and tweaked them in conjunction with swapping out the controller board. All this was done in less than 15 minutes. Excellent!

Excellent service. The tech that worked with my wife was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain to her what needs to be maintained on a regular basis. He even left her a can of lubricant for her to use next time it needed to be done and didn't even charge for it.

We were able to get service the next day after a spring broke effectively trapping our cars in our garage. We were lucky that we were able to get by without our cars until that time - we would have preferred to have paid extra to get emergency service on the day it broke but apparently that is not offered and this was a warranty repair. The service technician was friendly and had the door fixed quickly once he arrived.
