From my first outreach by phone, reached a person, not a machine. Briana (I believe, and apologize if I’m identifying her incorrectly.) She was professional, pleasant, courteous and listened to my problem; gave a choice of appointments and told me who the tech was. The technician, Isak, called prior to the appointment time and gave an ETA. He was prompt, listened to my problem and what I did to try to rectify, and what was still happening. He was so pleasant, courteous, and listened. He made professional suggestions I could understand, gave me a cost estimate and time line to correct the issue. Also provided instructions/suggestions that I could do in the future to maintain the door. Gave me time to operate the door -very patient. This is an excellent service company and the name Precision defines it well. Thank you.

It's never a happy time when you hear your garage door opener is at it's end, but Chris explained my options and I got just what I needed in a new opener at a fair price. Chris installed everything quickly, and even helped program the buttons in both cars to the new opener!

From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time the technician came over, the service was excellent. I had my garage door motor and springs replaced. I called because we had used this company several years ago for a garage door alignment. I first spoke with Anthony who politely and efficiently assessed my situation, explained my options, and set up an evening appointment with a tech for the same day. Within an hour Alanna called and and said they had an earlier appointment time if I wanted it. I agreed. About 10 minutes before the appointment time the technician, Chad, arrived. He assessed the unit and as expected advised a new one would be the way to go. (The current unit was approximately 11years old) He advised me of my options and then proceeded to efficiently and neatly remove the old unit and replace it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When the job was completed, he cleaned up all the debris and he went over the unit operation so I was familiar with it. All three of the employees I had contact with were great. I am very happy with the work Chad did and I do highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this service.

Over the years we had Precision Doors come out to resolve problems. Spring replacements, panel replacement, opener replacement. This time it was the whole two car garage door and associated items. Jesus Echevarria came out. He was on time, very professional and friendly. I watched him for a couple of hours as he methodically dismantled the old door and put up the new one. His work ethics and professionalism are something which is hard to find now a days. If you need work done ask for him. You will be pleased. Great job, Jesus.

I actually saw the company on my online search. Read the reviews which were amazing, so i decided to try. Nick was our technician, he was professional, respectful and was very honest on diagnosing the issue with my garage door.
