I went to close my garage door, it only went a couple of inches. Not wanting to leave my garage open over night, I manually closed the door. And called Precision and the operator told me they would have somebody out the next morning. The next morning I got a text followed by a phone call from the repair technician. He showed up shortly and after a couple of questions he reset the opener and we were operational again. It was a pleasure to have a polite and respectful young tech. Thanks Greg Saunders

Alex arrived on time. He was friendly, gracious and very knowledgeable. He tried to fix the existing unit but after 20 years it was finicky at best. He gave me a quote on replacement, did the change-out and then explained everything I needed to know. He gave me maintenance information so I can keep it operating perfectly. This is 2nd time I've used them. I'm a confirmed fan of this company and their staff.
