My technician, Austin came slightly ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue and then explained the repairs needed. He quickly made the repairs and the door(s) work better than ever! I was charged $1040 for a new opener installed couple of days ago. Then I googled on that same opener and found out it costs only under $300 I Home Depot. Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!
