Top-notch experience all around. Garage door spring failed on a Sunday morning, so I went online & filled out a simple form, and had a technician at my house a few hours later (I repeat...on a Sunday!). Job was completed the following day because my door/springs are commercial grade/hurricane proof and required special treatment. But every technician I had at my house was super professional, kind and considerate, and took the time to listen & answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I called at 11am as garage door was not performing well. By Noon Chris came out for service. Did an inspection on the performance of the door. Pointed our several worn out parts, gave a quote to bring back to new. I know have a garage door that is probable better then new. From start to finish job was completed in 3.5 hour a very friendly and professional experience. Chris was GREAT!!!

For same day service and the technician was very professional, upfront, and was able to make sure I would end up with a door that will last for awhile. Precision is the way to go. As far as the cost well honestly I can't say if it is too high, not like I know anything about the parts cost.

The spring on my garage door broke late on a Friday. I called Precision and they were able to schedule the repair for the very next morning (Saturday). The tech, Isak Zenkic was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. After looking at the garage door, he came up with a quote for the replacement parts & labor with additional items that were optional. He explained everything to me. There was no pressure at all to upsell. It took approximately an hour from start to finish. He lubricated the door, as well as the other garage door (which didn’t need servicing). He showed me how to lubricate it & made the recommendation that I do this every 6 months to prolong the life of the parts. I highly recommend Precision (Land O Lakes) and their very professional tech, Isak.

My original experience was with Stefan Harris in 2022 and he did an amazing job! I called Stephan on Monday August 11, 2025 in hopes that the company was still in business and he was so kind to assist me with making the arrangements . On Tuesday morning the 12th David & Britton came out and accessed the garage door, they explained everything in detail and the options I had. I was impressed with the speed and ease of getting the springs replaced on my garage door. In several hours, they took my initial call and their technician Adam had all the necessary parts replaced. Adam was great. He took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and why, provided several options, and expertly replaced the worn parts. The professionalism and timing was greatly appreciated since I was also dealing with another crisis at the same time.
