We were very impressed with Doug, who presented us with several options to fix our garage door and its peripherals. Doug was personable, friendly and professional at all times. The job was done immediately after my husband and I made a decision to proceed. The job was completed that evening and everything is working fine. Thanks for the immediate response by the office to send Doug out, and for Doug's immediate response to take care of the problem. Kudos's to him for a job well presented and done!
