He took the time to tell me what to look for in the future. He was very kind. I had looked to see if something was blocking it. But didn't see it had been bumped. Thank you also for not charging.

Yes 5 Stars After doing my research I decided to call Precision. I knew what time and who was coming to my house. John Pappas was my certified technician. He did an inspection and went over all my options. He was professional and courteous.Gave me time to discuss the options with my family.The decision was to get the Belt Drive Garage Door Opener.
