I called Precision because garage motor was not opening or closing garage. Technician was professional, arrived timely, identified that is what a worn out belt quickly, and replaced it with a new belt in about 30 minutes. The only reason I am rating the experience a 3 is because of price. They charged me $234.70 for approximately 30 minutes of work. I estimate the replacement belt cost them no more than $40 so that leaves $195 for labor, fuel and tax which is high for 30 minute service call.

The quote I received over the phone was $69-$118 per spring installed. The salesman/technician that arrived quoted $118-$329 depending on what level quality of spring I wanted. I said I want a direct replacement, which turned out to be $118 spring. (Other options were powder coated springs and things that aren’t necessary) The spring that was install is 6” shorter than the old spring, so obviously not the same. I questioned it, told him I didn’t want to change it to a lesser quality and he told me it would be fine. When the invoice was provided for payment, I was then informed it only has a 90 day warranty. You can read between the lines...tell you one thing, sell you garbage and pray on uninformed homeowners. If you only back the product you are selling for 90 days, than you know it garbage. Thanks Precision, I’m in sales and understand it’s part of the business...but that sales model is unacceptable. Hope this review is helpful...

I wanted to say Kudos to Andrew, he was very professional and helped with fixing the problem I had with the garage door not closing as it should, he spent 15 mins and replaced some cables and it works great now, I was not charged as it was part of the warranty, this is greatly appreciated and I’m very glad to use your services. Thanks! Carlos

Precision rebuilt and repaired my 15 year old door in october of 2017, I noticed recently that the door was very noisy going up and down so I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. My opener was almost worn out so I asked if he could replace it, which he did . It is now very quite, the price was reasonable and I would recommend Precision for your garage door problems

Chris Stephens is a GREAT technician. As he saw issues he gave me options for their repair/replace. He worked very effectively, was neat and courteous. He had to leave to get the right springs for our door but returned and finished the job in a timely manner.

I needed a new garage door opener and the ONLY company I would consider was Precision! They installed a new door for me in November, too. Both times they were very professional and I love the quality they provide.

I couldn't be happier with this organization. My old garage door was shot and within 30 minutes of my call, a truck pulled up, wrote up an estimate with several options and then they went to work. It was a big job, but within a few hours the door was rebuilt and working like a new door. I highly recommend these guys for any door work.

I called on Saturday, Chris came out on Sunday, earlier than promised (but called first to make sure it was OK!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly, and the charge was reasonable. He gave me some advice on service another door might need but didn’t push to get the order right then. I will call them back to fix that door when I’m ready. I wish all home repairs were this way!

This is a very competent repair and installation company. They are willing to educate you with no pressure as to the best short and long term solutions for your repair. James was great, and answered the silliest of questions. Mostly great prices, they are a little on the higher side compared to others on parts, BUT their lifetime warranty and quality of service is worth it. AVOID FUTURE HEADACHES, and use the most reliable and honest team out there. And no, I am not an employee.

I was very happy with the knowledge and professionalism of John T. Your company should be very proud to have such an individual representing you. I was given different options for service and replacement and the entire structure was examined and explained to me. I ended up replacing springs and purchasing a third door opener. Most certainly five stars were earned! I will let my friends and neighbors know about the positive experience I had with Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks again John T.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. Jose R was very knowledgeable and explained my options to me. He made some suggestions for better performance and did the work that I requested be done without any hard sell to make me have anything more done than was necessary. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for honest, prompt, reliable service.
