I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft. My husband was having trouble with the door April 18th and went ahead with the recommended repairs. On May 5th he had problems again. He said the technician was very thorough and patient, checking everything and found nothing. I was not home either time. I can tell you it is very quiet now. Thank You! All is well.

As always, best service I could ask for. Fantastic technician Arnold Simpson arrived within 2 hrs of my call and did an outstanding job. Arnold was thorough, professional and did everything possible to be sure I understood the issues and my options. He was a real pleasure to work with and I'm back in business. Had to go with a whole new unit which is always financially stressful but the last one made it 20 yrs so I can't complain!

The men were VERY professional in their dress, mannerism and, after assessing the problem, their explanation of the problem, and our options, were delivered in a clear manner. When I called my husband, Carlos spoke with him and was patient in explaining all options again. The work was done in a professional manner. Nothing but praise for this team.

I am very pleased with your with the garage door repair /replacement. Your representative, Andrew was excellent. He provide me with an upfront information of the problems and than provide 4 corrective solutions and pricing. Once all the repairs and replacement of the door opener where complete, Andrew reviewed all the operations of the replaced units and even updated my car internal remote to open the garage door. I am very pleased with Andrew for staying until 9 pm on a Friday to complete the job. Andrews is a very good representative of Precision Garage Door Company.
