The tech was very patient as I shared the problem I was experiencing. He did some quick troubleshooting and got the door working properly. He also explained what he did and gave suggestions for routine maintenance to keep the door working.

The service provider, Jay, was excellent. The prices the company obligates him to charge are predatory. We have nearly new doors, which simply needed a new alignment on one and lubrication on both. We needed no parts. The job took about one hour. Precision charged $420!!! Wall street lawyers don't charge $420 per hour. It is sad to see the home services industry evolve into the over-priced clique it has become.
