It’s Sunday and one of my garage spring popped off and caused a loud band as my garage door closed. I immediately called Precision Garage Door and they came immediately on a Sunday after Christmas. I was one of the lucky ones, where my spring broke while the door was down, but I needed it fixed. For same day service and the technician was very professional, upfront, and was able to make sure I would end up with a door that will last for awhile. Precision is the way to go. As far as the cost well honestly I can't say if it is too high, not like I know anything about the parts cost.
